Jerusalem, 17 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Land Authority is published tenders for 25,000 housing units throughout the country with the aim of increasing the supply of housing for Israelis and bringing about a further decrease in housing prices.
Of these, approximately 3,991 units are in the center of the country; approximately 10,077 units are in the South; approximately 3,572 units are in the Haifa area; approximately 2,036 are in the Jerusalem area; approximately 1,012 are in the north; approximately 542 units are in the Tel Aviv area and approximately 4,030 are in the judea and samaria area.
In the south, approximately 2,862 units are slated for Netivot, west of Be’er Sheva, and approximately 4,305 for Sderot, just north of Gaza.
