Jerusalem, 17 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — An Israeli army excavator suspected of being stolen from a muster point near the Gaza border was discovered yesterday in the Palestinian city of Huwara in Samaria, police said on Thursday. Border Police returning from the Golan on Wednesday — where Israeli Druze breached the border with Syria — spotted the heavy machinery and identified it as missing from southern Israel.

A Huwara resident in his 50s was arrested.
