SavorEat’s Robot-Chef 2.0 Earns UL Certification, Moves Closer to U.S. Launch

Jerusalem, 8 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli foodtech company SavorEat has announced that its Robot-Chef 2.0 has passed its Underwriters Laboratories safety and performance testing, a key milestone toward entering the U.S. market. The certification, conducted by Intertek, confirms the autonomous cooking system meets commercial safety standards.

This joins SavorEat’s existing NSF and EMC certifications, completing its regulatory foundation for U.S. deployment. The compact robotic chef prepares fully personalized meals and is aimed at institutional kitchens, including hospitals, schools, and large foodservice chains. Live demos are already underway in Chicago as the company prepares for a 2025 rollout.
