PM Netanyahu Speaks with the Parents of Capt. Omer Neutra and Staff-Sgt. Oz Daniel

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke this evening with the parents of Capt. Omer Neutra and Staff-Sgt. Oz Daniel, of blessed memory, IDF Armored Corps fighters who fell in battle to defend the Western Negev on 7 October 2023, and who were taken hostage by Hamas and returned to Israel last night.

The Prime Minister sent his condolences on behalf of himself, his wife and the entire people of Israel, and said that he embraces the dear parents and family members.

The Daniel family and the Neutra family thanked the Prime Minister and asked him to act with the same determination to bring back all of the fallen hostages. Prime Minister Netanyahu replied that this is indeed being done and that he is determined to return all the fallen hostages for proper burial.

The Prime Minister expressed great appreciation for the heroism of Omer and Oz and said that their actions and fighting will serve as an inspiration for generations of fighters.
