Jerusalem, 11 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — A plan for comprehensive urban renewal in Be’er Sheva has been approved. The plan has the potential for approximately 17,000 new housing units, includes three rapid renewal tracks with permits, and allows for protective rooms (bomb shelters) for apartments built after 1984.
