Jerusalem, 28 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli-American company Pecan AI has launched DemandForecast.ai, a new tool aimed at reducing costly forecasting errors in supply chains. Built on Pecan’s GenAI platform, it delivers accurate, easy-to-understand forecasts for medium and large businesses—no coding or data science needed. Stockouts and overstocks alone cost companies over $1 trillion each year, and the platform helps teams plan better and act faster.

“Forecasting has been run on gut feel for too long,” said CEO Zohar Bronfman. “DemandForecast.ai gives teams forecasts they can trust.” The tool connects with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, deploys quickly, and is designed for business users, not just technical staff.

Headquartered in New York and Tel Aviv, Pecan AI was named a 2025 Gartner Cool Vendor.
