No Directive to Cut Resilience Center Budget
Ministry of Health denies directive to cut resilience center budget, ensuring funds for continued operations. Technical split in payment resolved soon.
The Ministry of Health clarifies that there is no “directive to cut” the budget for the resilience centers. For 2024 and 2025, we have transferred significant supplemental funds beyond the base budget due to the protracted campaign and needs in the field.
Regarding the claimed gaps in the 2025 budget, it is clarified that only a technical split was made in the payment, and the remaining planned funds will be paid in the coming days, following approval by the Accountant General in the Ministry of Finance.
We maintain daily communication at all levels and with the relevant ministries to enable the resilience centers to continue operating according to professional needs in the coming years as well.
