Jerusalem, 24 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to be observed Tuesday, November 25, Israel’s Ministry of Welfare and Social Security is launching a wide-ranging strategic move that includes a new public campaign and a strengthened network of services for battered women across the country.

The move, said the Ministry, is intended to reduce the cycles of domestic violence in depth, with an emphasis on direct and targeted outreach to men who are in the cycle of violence and encouraging them to seek professional assistance.

The marketing campaign starting airing today on all major television and radio channels, as well as on the ministry’s digital platforms, and will lead to a dedicated mini-site that includes information tailored to men and families about the services available and the assistance that can be received throughout the country.
