Gil Tanenbaum Breaking News

Jerusalem, 3 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the head of the Red Cross delegation in the region, Julian Larison, that Hamas’s “lie of starvation resonates around the world, while the systematic starvation is directed at our hostages who are suffering from brutal physical and mental abuse.”

“The world cannot stand idly by in the face of the shocking images reminiscent of Nazi crimes,” He added.

In addition, the Prime Minister demanded the involvement of the world’s countries in denouncing the terrorist organizations Hamas and Islamic Jihad and ceasing direct and indirect support for them, emphasizing that their actions are contrary to international law and the Geneva Convention.

Netanyahu also requested that Larison get personally involved providing food and immediate medical care to Israelis still held hostage by Hamas terrorists in Gaza.
