MySize Unveils NaizGPT: ‘ChatGPT for Retail’ Enters Pilot Phase

Jerusalem, 31 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — MySize Inc. has launched a pilot of NaizGPT, a conversational AI assistant designed for retail teams. Dubbed “ChatGPT for retail,” NaizGPT allows e-commerce professionals to analyze sizing and returns data through natural language queries instead of dashboards.

“Teams are asking follow-up questions they never thought to ask before,” said CEO Ronen Luzon. Currently in testing with users of the Naiz Fit platform, NaizGPT is set for commercial release in Q4 2025. The company plans to expand the assistant’s capabilities to support merchandising, marketing, and inventory functions.
