More Cloud Security Tools May Weaken Protection, ARMO Survey Reveals

Jerusalem, 8 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Adding more security tools may actually harm cloud defenses, an Israeli startup reports. A survey of more than 300 cybersecurity professionals by Tel Aviv-based ARMO found that teams received around 4,000 alerts per month, but face just seven real incidents a year. The flood of alerts leads to delays, alert fatigue, and missed threats.

ARMO said most organizations use too many disconnected tools, making it harder to respond effectively, and called for unified, cloud-native solutions to improve detection and reduce response time.
