Millions of Palestinian Authority Funds Seized and Transferred to Terror Victims
Jerusalem, 15 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s national Enforcement and Collection Authority – the agency empowered to collect debts – recently collected approximately 25 million Shekels ($7.58 million) for the families of martyrs and victims of terror, following seizures it imposed on Palestinian Authority funds at the Ministry of Finance.
The funds were transferred to the representatives of the families of martyrs and victims of terrorism, who are the winners of the enforcement cases.
The enforcement system in the Enforcement and Collection Authority collects, among other things, debts in judgments issued by the courts, including tortious and punitive damages determined against terrorists who committed hostile acts, for the benefit of the families of martyrs and victims of terrorism.
