Those who are not vaccinated are urged to visit a health bureau to receive the vaccine.

The Ministry also advises anyone feeling unwell and/or experiencing the symptoms listed below to avoid attending large gatherings to protect themselves, their families, and their close contacts.

The Health Ministry emphasizes that anyone who has been in contact with a measles patient should continue testing and vaccinations according to ministry guidelines and avoid public places.

If visiting a clinic or emergency room is necessary, appointments should be coordinated in advance, and staff should be informed upon arrival.

Measles is a highly contagious viral disease characterized by fever, general malaise, runny nose, and rash, and it can lead to serious or even life-threatening complications.

The ministry stresses the importance of routine vaccinations against diseases such as measles, which can cause severe complications and death.
