Lathe for Producing Weapons Found and Destroyed Near Hebron

Jerusalem, 6 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — In a joint operation by units of the Israel Prison Service, the police and the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), an infrastructure for the production of weapons and explosives was uncovered and destroyed in the village of as-Samuin the southern Hebron Mountains. One suspect was arrested.

During the operation, several lathes were located and confiscated that were suspected of being used for the illegal production of weapons. The lathes were destroyed and the site was sealed off by the forces.
