Jerusalem, 12 May, 2025 (TPS-IL) — KDDI, a major Japanese telecom provider, and DriveNets Ltd., an Israeli network software company, have signed a partnership agreement to improve KDDI’s network using open network technology.

DriveNets Ltd. will install DriveNets’ Network Cloud software at four major sites, with full operations planned by the end of 2025. The move aims to help KDDI handle growing internet traffic, especially as AI use expands. By working together, the companies hope to build a network that is easier to upgrade, more flexible, and more cost-effective.
