Jerusalem, 4 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — For the first time in the history of the Israel Police, an academic management program for senior officers was inaugurated at the University of Haifa, initiated by Police Commissioner Lt. Col. Danny Levy and led by the head of the police training department, Superintendent Hadas Shapira Madmoni, and the Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Dafna Kanti.

The program, which was established under the leadership of the Israel Police Training Division and in collaboration with the University of Haifa, is held at the School of Political Science in the Faculty of Social Sciences. The unique curriculum is designed to provide senior officers in the Israel Police and other security agencies with in-depth academic education in national security, public policy, and ethics, alongside strategic thinking and the development of senior-level management skills.
