Israel's trade deficit hits $3.25 billion in September 2025, with exports and imports showing significant drops. Jerusalem reports.
Jerusalem, 28 october, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel Central Bureau of Statistics reported that in September 2025, Israel’s trade deficit in goods amounted to 10.6 billion Shekels ($3.25 billion).
Exports totaled 15.7 billion Shekels ($4.8 billion).
Imports totaled 26.3 billion Shekels ($8.08 billion).
According to trend data July – September 2025
Exports from the chemical manufacturing industry and their products decreased by 44.4%.
Iron and steel imports decreased by 37%.
