Israel’s Hyro Wins Fierce Healthcare Innovation Award 2025 for AI Patient Platform
Jerusalem, 20 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Hyro, an Israel-based healthcare AI company, has been named a winner of the Fierce Healthcare Innovation Awards 2025 for its Responsible AI Agent Platform. The platform automates 60–85% of patient interactions across voice, chat, mobile apps, and SMS, significantly reducing wait times and easing pressure on healthcare staff. It integrates data from EHRs, websites, and APIs, using a proprietary AI architecture to provide accurate, adaptive responses without ongoing maintenance.
Hyro’s platform is deployed across 45+ enterprise health systems, ensuring HIPAA-compliant, scalable patient engagement. CEO Israel Krush said the award “reinforces our mission to move care forward by making access simple, seamless, and truly patient-centered.”
