Jerusalem, 26 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli Tourism Month is underway. The opening event will take place in Jerusalem this coming weekend

Israeli Tourism Month is a national initiative led by the Ministry of Tourism with the aim of getting “all of us, Israelis, to go out and enjoy the variety of tourism experiences, connect with our beautiful country and strengthen local businesses – which are waiting for you.”

During the month of November, each weekend (Wednesday-Saturday) the initiative will focus on a different region of the country – Jerusalem, the North, Tel Aviv and the Western Negev – and will offer hundreds of diverse experiences, performances, guided tours, for 18 NIS / free, dozens of free activities and hundreds of other tourism experience businesses that have joined and provided promotions and benefits to the public as part of the initiative.

As part of Tourism Month, visitors will also be able to enjoy accommodation promotions in affordable and leading hotels across the country – from north to south – at particularly attractive prices. In addition, unique vacation packages are offered that include a night in a selected hotel, a stand-up performance or a show of your choice, admission to a musical performance and a local culinary happening.

Every Friday, a major flagship event will be held, between 10:00-15:00, inviting the audience to a unique happening with a local artists’ fair, culinary delights and performances for 18 Shekels.
