Israeli Startup Sweet Security Raises $75M to Protect Cloud and AI Systems

Jerusalem, 12 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli cybersecurity startup Sweet Security has raised $75 million in a Series B funding round, bringing its total funding to $120 million. Led by Evolution Equity Partners with participation from Glilot Capital Partners and others, the investment will fuel global expansion and product development. Sweet also unveiled a unified Runtime CNAPP platform that combines cloud and AI security, giving enterprises real-time protection across AI models, agents, and workloads.

Founded by Israeli entrepreneur Dror Kashti, Sweet has seen rapid growth over the past year, with a tenfold increase in enterprise clients, including Fortune 1000 companies. Its platform uses AI to detect complex threats in production environments that traditional tools often miss.

“Cloud attacks evolve dynamically, just like AI systems,” Kashti said.
