Jerusalem, 6 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli quantum startup QEDMA has raised $26 million in Series A funding to combat quantum computing errors and speed up the path to quantum advantage. The round was led by Glilot Capital Partners, with participation from IBM, Korean Investment Partners, TPY Capital, and others.
Founded by Israeli scientists Prof. Netanel Lindner (Technion), Prof. Dorit Aharonov (Hebrew University), and physicist Dr. Asif Sinay, QEDMA is developing software that dramatically reduces error rates using fewer qubits. Already integrated with IBM’s Qiskit Functions, QEDMA’s solution is poised to enable quantum computations up to 1,000 times larger, with demonstrations expected in the coming months.
