Jerusalem, 22 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that, in accordance with the assessment of the situation in many theaters, it was decided to reinforce and put dozens of companies on alert, including forces in training, from across the IDF for defensive and offensive missions in the various sectors during the Jewish holiday period that begins tonight with the start of Rosh Hashana.

“The IDF will reinforce the combat sectors with forces in the air, at sea, on land and in all formations throughout the country,” it said.
