Jerusalem, 17 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Forces said on Tuesday it is reviewing an incident near Khan Yunis in which troops opened fire as a crowd gathered around a stuck aid truck near Israeli forces.

Reports indicate several people may have been injured, but the circumstances are not clear.

“The IDF deplores any harm to uninvolved people, and is working as much as possible to minimize harm to them while maintaining the security of IDF forces,” the army said.
