Jerusalem, 26 May, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Over the past week, the combat forces of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) 36th “Ga’ash (Rage)” Division have been operating in the Gaza Strip with the aim of destroying above-ground and underground terrorist infrastructures in cooperation with Yahalom (Diamond) Combat Engineers Special Forces Unit special unit of its Combat Engineering Corps fighters and eliminating terrorists from the terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip.
The forces eliminated dozens of terrorists in the area and destroyed hundreds of terrorist infrastructures, including: observation posts, combat complexes, shafts and underground routes.
As part of the operation, Israel Air Force aircraft, in cooperation and under the direction of the IDF’s 36th Divisional Fire Center, carried out dozens of attacks and eliminated a number of terrorists who posed a threat to the forces in the field.
