Jerusalem, 10 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli fintech firm Way2VAT Ltd announced it will acquire UK-based RBCVAT Limited for about $4 million, strengthening its position in the global VAT automation and advisory market. To fund the deal, Way2VAT secured A$3 million from professional investors and an additional £500,000 ($658,000) loan from Israel’s Bank Hapoalim.

CEO Amos Simantov called the acquisition “transformative,” citing the integration of RBCVAT’s advisory expertise with Way2VAT’s AI-driven automation. The move follows Way2VAT’s earlier purchase of Spain’s DevoluIVA and is expected to accelerate the company’s path to profitability by 2026. Completion is expected by the end of September 2025.
