Israeli Air Force fighter jets carried out a strike on Thursday morning in the Beaufort Ridge area of southern Lebanon, targeting a Hezbollah site used for managing the terror group’s firepower and defense operations.
According to the IDF, the strike hit militants, weaponry, and tunnel shafts at the site, which was part of a significant underground project. The site has now been rendered inoperative due to the attack.
The IDF emphasized that the existence and activity at the site constituted a clear violation of understandings between Israel and Lebanon.
