Israel Warns Residents of Tehran’s 18th District to Evacuate

Jerusalem, 18 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Defense Forces warned residents of Tehran’s 18 district to evacuate ahead of strikes on Iranian military targets on Wednesday morning.

“In the coming hours, the Israeli army will take action in this area to attack the Iranian regime’s military infrastructure, just as it has done in recent days around Tehran,” IDF Arabic Spokesperson Col. Avichay Adraee tweeted in Farsi.

“Dear citizens, for your safety and health, we ask you to immediately leave the designated area in Tehran’s 18th District. Your presence in this area endangers your life.”

The tweet included a map of the area to be evacuated.
