Jerusalem, 30 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel has received, through the Red Cross, two fallen hostages handed over to soldier in the Gaza Strip, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said.

After a brief ceremony, the remains will be taken to the National Center for Forensic Medicine in Tel Aviv for identification. Forensic identification typically takes several hours.

If confirmed, the number of remains held by Hamas would be 11.
