Israel Marks Arrival of 800th Plane in Massive U.S. Defense Supply Operation

Jerusalem, 27 May, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Defense Ministry announced the arrival of the 800th U.S. aircraft in an extensive airlift operation delivering military equipment to Israel since the start of the war.

The joint operation, involving the Defense Procurement Administration, the IDF, and the U.S. Procurement Mission, has transported over 90,000 tons of equipment via 800 flights and about 140 convoys. Supplies include armaments, armored vehicles, protective and medical gear.

The ongoing effort supports the army’s readiness and operational continuity.
