Indictment Set to Be Filed Against Hotel Stabbing Terrorist

Jerusalem, 28 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office has submitted a prosecutor’s statement in preparation for filing an indictment against the terrorist who carried out the stabbing attack at the Kibbutz Tzuba hotel two weeks ago.

During an interrogation, the terrorist stated that his intention was to murder Jews.

On September 12th at noon, the terrorist, an Arab resident of Jerusalem in his 40s, a maintenance worker at the Kibbutz Tzuba, arrived at the dining room while many guests were there.

At one point, the terrorist took a knife from the dining room with the intention of killing Jews, and stabbed two guests who were staying there.

As a result of the incident, one of the victims was seriously injured and the other moderately injured (according to medical sources), and both were evacuated to the hospital for medical treatment.
