Jerusalem, 29 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen claimed responsibility for an overnight ballistic missile attack on Israel, saying they targeted “sensitive sites” near Tel Aviv with a cluster bomb warhead. The Israel Defense Forces confirmed the missile was intercepted without casualties or damage.

The Houthis also claimed they launched two drones at “vital targets” in Eilat, but no drones reached Israeli airspace.
