Jerusalem, 13 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — A 30-year-old man drowned Tuesday night in a ritual bath in Holon after apparently losing consciousness. Magen David Adom emergency responders attempted to resuscitate him but were unsuccessful.

“We arrived inside the mikveh area where a man was lying unconscious with no pulse or breathing,” said MDA paramedic Israel Tsaidi. “We began advanced CPR, including heart massage and rescue breaths, but after prolonged efforts, we had no choice but to declare him dead.”
