Jerusalem, 10 July, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Earlier today Thursday, the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) targeted and killed terrorist Muhammad Jamal Murad, who served as the commander of Hezbollah’s coastal artillery in the Al-Mansouri region in southern Lebanon.
Murad was responsible for numerous launches toward Israel during the war, and in recent months has attempted to rehabilitate the coastal artillery sector.
“Murad’s activities constituted a threat to the State of Israel and its citizens, and a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon,” said the IDF.
