Hebrew University Researchers Win Prestigious 2025 Krill Prize

Jerusalem, 5 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Two Hebrew University researchers have been awarded the 2025 Krill Prize for Excellence in Scientific Research, one of Israel’s top academic honors. Dr. Gabriel Stanovsky of the Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science and Dr. Yiska Weisblum of the Faculty of Medicine were recognized for their groundbreaking work in natural language processing and virology, respectively.

The prestigious award, granted by the Wolf Foundation and the Krill family, honors outstanding young faculty in Israeli research universities.
