Jerusalem, 30 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Land Authority’s plan to build a new residential neighborhood in Pardes Hanna-Karkur’s Ahuzat Neurim complex has been approved for submission to the Haifa District Planning and Building Committee. The project will transform a 37-dunam (9.1 acre) area , currently a small industrial zone, into a high-quality complex featuring approximately 267 housing units, educational institutions, gardens, walking and cycling paths, and sports facilities.
