Gaza Terror Bunker Uncovered

Jerusalem, 9 May, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Two Hamas terrorists surrendered in the Rafah area of Gaza and, during their interrogation, they provided what the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) called “significant intelligence information, which indicated the location of an underground infrastructure (bunker) in the area.”

The bunker served as a place of residence and organization for key terrorists from the Hamas terrorist organization in the Shaburah area in Rafah. It contained living rooms, toilets, a kitchenette, trap doors, and several exit shafts.

After investigating the area, the forces destroyed the bunker.

It was about a and about 25 meters deep.

During the operation, IDF forces raided several additional terrorist infrastructures in the area, where they located weapons and military equipment. All of the weapons were destroyed.
