For Jerusalem Day, Millions Allocated for 1,200 New Hotel Rooms

Jerusalem, 25 May, 2025 (TPS-IL) — On the occasion of Jerusalem Day, which falls tomorrow, Monday May 26, the Ministry of Tourism is publishing the list of projects to which it has allocated grants for the construction and expansion of hotels in the capital, alongside significant investments that the ministry is making in public tourism infrastructure in the city.

The Ministry of Tourism has provided grants totaling 134 million Shekels ($37.2 million) for the construction of 1,200 new hotel rooms in Jerusalem that will open by 2028.
