FM Sa’ar Convenes Global Jewish Leaders in Jerusalem Amid Antisemitism Rise
Against the backdrop of the rising wave of antisemitism, Minister of Foreign Affairs Gideon Sa’ar will convene next week dozens of leaders of Jewish communities and Jewish organizations from around the world. The J-50 Forum, which Sa’ar founded this past May at the International Conference against Antisemitism held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will gather in Jerusalem.
The J50 forum receives regular briefings from the Foreign Minister, ongoing updates, and maintains daily contact with officials at the Ministry.
During the conference, to be held on December 21–24, the leaders will receive policy briefings, will have a public diplomacy (Hasbarah) agenda, and will participate in workshops that will provide tools for addressing the current situation.
The leaders will hold discussions with, among others, Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials, journalists, and influencers. In addition, they will meet with former hostage Keith Siegel.
