The workforce management system analyzes over 25,000 data points per employee to predict and prevent turnover with nearly 90% accuracy.
Early deployments show a 62% drop in attrition, saving customers an average of $1.1 million per 1,000 call center agents monthly. CEO Raz Dar said the platform gives managers real-time insights to retain top talent and boost performance.
