Jerusalem, 29 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Following the war with Iran and the extensive damage to infrastructure and property in Israel caused by Iranian missile attacks on civilian areas, the Ministry of Labor will train hundreds of appraisers who will assist in estimating the major damages across the country and in handling citizens’ claims for compensation.
To that end, the Vocational Training Administration at the Ministry of Labor initiated and built a new, shortened and “unique” course for training property appraisers in a fast-track manner – a profession that is especially essential at this time, which is required by the economy, including by insurance companies, public and private bodies.
The course is designed for adults who wish to acquire a “stable, meaningful and sought-after profession – even without any prior background in the field,” said the Ministry.
