Jerusalem, 3 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli agtech firm CropX Technologies has acquired fellow Israeli company Acclym (formerly Agritask), expanding its digital farm management platform to serve global food and beverage enterprises.

The deal marks CropX’s seventh acquisition, following its purchases of U.S.-based EnGeniousAg in 2024 and Australia’s Green Brain in 2023.

Acclym, which raised $42 million from investors including Liechtenstein Group, Bridges Israel, and Smart Agro Fund, provides agricultural intelligence solutions to major clients such as AB InBev, Nestlé, General Mills, and McCain Foods. By integrating Acclym’s enterprise-focused technology, CropX aims to advance sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and climate-smart supply chains worldwide.
