Jerusalem, 14 December, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics reported that the consumer confidence index at the end of November 2025 stood at -15%.

There was no significant change in the four balance sheets that make up the index.

The relative consumer confidence index stood at 92, rising to 93 in October.

The consumer confidence index is bounded in the range between minus 100 and plus 100. The closer the index value is to the upper limit it indicates greater optimism among individuals, and the closer the index value is to the lower limit indicates greater pessimism.

An index close to zero indicates a lack of expectations for a change in the situation.

The methodology of the survey complies with the guidelines of the OECD organization for surveys of this type.
