Carmel Olefins plant starts operations in Israel, with a torch preventing gas emissions. Lively activity expected until tomorrow.
Jerusalem, 2 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Carmel Olefins plant began operating its facilities yesterday, Sunday, and is expected to complete operation of the facilities tomorrow, September 3. On this day, lively activity is expected at the torch from morning until evening. When operating the production facilities, the torch allows for the decomposition of gases with high efficiency and prevents them from reaching the environment.
