Jerusalem, 15 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli fintech firm BondIT has filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase, accusing the U.S. banking giant of breaching contracts and misappropriating the companyโs proprietary AI technology. The complaint, lodged in New York Supreme Court, claims JPMorgan abandoned a nearly two-year-long strategic partnership and investment deal despite repeated assurances from its top executives.
BondIT, which has offices in Tel Aviv, New York, and Berlin, alleges its engineers invested thousands of hours integrating their technology into JPMorgan systems, only for the bank to abruptly terminate negotiations on the eve of a commercial rollout. CEO Etai Ravid said the move โwill only stifle innovation across the fintech ecosystem.โ
BondIT seeks damages and injunctions to block further use of its technology.
