Jerusalem, 5 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — U.S.-based Axon announced an agreement to acquire Carbyne, the Israeli-founded emergency communications platform, in a deal valued at $625 million.
Carbyne’s cloud-native, AI-powered system manages 911 call flow, routing, and real-time data for hundreds of agencies worldwide. The acquisition will integrate Carbyne’s technology into Axon’s ecosystem, creating Axon 911, a next-generation platform connecting callers, dispatchers, and responders from call to courtroom. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2026.
