Attempted Smuggling Into Gaza Thwarted
Israeli authorities thwart attempted smuggling into Gaza as three suspects are arrested. Goods included cigarettes, batteries, and communications equipment.
Jerusalem, 8 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — A smuggling operation aimed at aiding the Hamas terrorist organization was foiled and three suspects were arrested. The smuggling was stopped on the way to the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza.
The suspects were on a dirt truck in possession of goods that included cigarettes, batteries, accumulators, and communications equipment in large quantities.
