Air India to resume Delhi–Tel Aviv flights in January, with five weekly nonstop services. Announcement follows suspension during Gaza conflict.
Jerusalem, 5 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Air India announced Tuesday that it will resume flights to Israel in January, restoring service that was suspended during the war in Gaza.
Beginning January 1, the Indian flag carrier will operate five weekly nonstop flights between Delhi and Tel Aviv. The six-hour flights cross Saudi and Omani airspace.
The announcement coincided with a visit by Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar to New Delhi for meetings with his Indian counterpart, Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
