Jerusalem, 8 June, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Population and Immigration Authority reported that, since the October 7 massacre and the outbreak of the Iron Swords War in Gaza, until the end of May 2025, 299,797 children were born in Israel.
(As of this writing the number will have certainly surpassed 300,000.)
October 2024 had the most births during this period with 16,627.
In contrast, this past May (2025) recorded the lowest number of births in the period, with only 10,307.
