Israeli Air Force Identifies and Destroys Hezbollah Rocket Launcher During Launch Attempt
The Israel Air Force destroyed Hezbollah rocket launchers during a launch attempt yesterday, targeting terrorists and thwarting over 70 launchers.
Jerusalem, 10 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that yesterday (Monday), the Israel Air Force (IAF) identified rocket launchers of the terrorist organization Hezbollah as it attempted to carry out launches toward the territory of the State of Israel. Shortly after identification, IAF planes attacked and destroyed the launchers.
In addition, the terrorists who were documented arming the launcher and carrying out launch attempts were attacked.
The IDF said that it has, since the start of the fighting with Iran, destroyed and thwarted more than 70 launchers that were ready to launch missiles/rockets toward the State of Israel.
The IDF said it is “acting with force against the terrorist organization Hezbollah’s decision to join the campaign and act on behalf of Iran, and will not allow harm to the civilians of the State of Israel.”
