ISIS Cell in Jericho Disrupted, Four Terrorists Captured
Israeli security forces disrupted an ISIS cell in Jericho, capturing four terrorists suspected of planning an attack. The arrests were made last week and Monday.
Jerusalem, 17 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli security forces arrested three members of an ISIS – Islamic State – terrorist cell suspected of planning to carry out an attack. The arrest, said the Israel Police, was carried out last week in Jericho.
The terrorists in the cell acted to advance terrorist activity and, according to the police, intended to carry out an attack.
Monday night another terrorist from the cell was also arrested in Jericho.
